More videos! First a short video from Camille's eighth birthday party:
One of Seattle's rare snows led to a chant for accumulation and some outdoor play:
Again, the higher quality version.
The high quality version is here.
Now, for Daniel's art:

This was drawn at home without assistance. I modeled for the tie.

This was a product of art class at Thrive Art. The dog house has "all dogs allowed" written on it in "guess and go" spelling.
Now, some still photos:

Molly celebrated her 40th birthday with a family celebration
at home. Note the poached salmon, salad with blue cheese dressing,
focaccia with candles, and small pile of presents.

Camille also celebrated a birthday - her eighth. Here
she plays with her friends at the Seattle Gymnastics Academy in pit
filled with foam cubes.

A quieter pose with her friend Kasey.

Notice the pink faces and exertion. The kids ran around and had fun for an hour before pizza and cake.

Wild abandon!

Finally, it was time for cake.

Expertly done!

Opening presents.

At home, Camille received a new comforter from Molly. It's very warm and cozy.

Camille opens a present from a relative.

Camille was inspired to sew her own comforter. It has a Christmas theme.

Tubsy likes it. He's been caught sleeping on it a few times.

On Thanksgiving day, we took a bike ride to Shilshole and Golden Gardens. Here Camille poses with Leif Erickson.

As part of Molly's fortieth birthday, we went to Walla Walla,
WA to visit with our friend Melissa McClintock, who moved there
recently with her partner, Dave. Dan bundles up against the cold.

One of Molly's birthday presents was a digital camera.
Here Camille uses it on a nearby aviary in Pioneer Park.
Don't ask me what kind of bird it is.

Camille and Daniel ride a goofy sculpture in the same park.

Molly was showered with 40+ presents by Melissa and us.

Dan uses a new scarf to dress up.

Molly enjoyed her 40 presents.

Melissa's cat - 'Z'.

Relaxing after a pheasant dinner at Melissa and Dave's house.

The following night we went to a nice dinner out at Whitehouse-Crawford. The food was excellent.

Melissa bought Camille fabric for sewing a quilt.

It snowed here recently. Here's the before snow picture.
